In Preparation for Levi staying with us this summer, my father is finishing a room and bathroom in our basement. He is doing the work himself with the help of us. Levi got an internship here in Topeka a few blocks from our house actually. It is an accounting firm. We are excited to have him stay for a few months with us. My parents have been down here almost every weekend for a month now. Here are the before and after pictures. Nothing is actually decorated but it will be cute once i get decor for the room.

Spring Time Fun

With it getting warmer, we have been spending time outdoors. We got Emersyn a playhouse for the backyard. She really enjoys taking her dolls out there, having a tea party and making food for you on the stove. We have also taken trips to the zoo and park. She really enjoys being outdoors.

Happy Easter

God Bless to your family. We celebrated Easter by traveling to Garden City the weekend before. She dyed eggs and received an Easter basket from my parents. Easter Morning Emersyn woke up to see what the Easter Bunny had brought her. We did a quick Skype with Nana & Papa as she looked at the items she got. Then we headed off to Marysville to spend the day with Jason's Grandparents. We ate, visited and Emersyn enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt.

She wanted the eggs to be in all of the colors. We had a lot of brown eggs this year.
