Thanksgiving Fun

Over Thanksgiving, we went to Garden City and then down to Dallas for the last football game. Jason, Levi & me headed off to Dallas to meet Jason's family there to cheer on the cats. It was a great game and a fun way to end the season. Here are pictures from our November!

October has been very busy. Filled with Football and lots of Halloween activities. I have been doing arts and crafts with Emersyn during the day to teach her about fall and Halloween. When asking her what she wanted to be from Halloween, she told me Dorthy. She is very into "Bizzard of Boz" as she calls it. She watches Wizard of Oz everyday and sings the songs. As usual, Ollie had to be dressed as a character from the movie. He was very insulted by the idea that he should be toto, because toto was a dog...and he certainly isn't.

Emersyn was into Trick-or-Treating today. She was very polite and used her Please and Thank You's. She also wanted to eat each piece of candy as she got it. Put a sucker in the bag, eat it right away. No candy for Mommy.

We started this month by going to one of my co-workers weddings in Lawrence. It was at a park and Emersyn loved playing around on the rocks and toys.

Football Season is Here

It's that time of year again. Time to cheer on our Cats. Emersyn is really enjoying the games this year. She screams and cheers with the crowd. She knows all of the cheers and the fight song. She enjoys watching the cats play even on TV. She is dedicated and doesn't miss any games. Her favorite part is watching the marching band at half time. She really enjoys music no matter what kind!

I just love this picture and had to throw it in here. Jason brought me these glasses from work and Emersyn just loves them.

Over labor day we took a quick trip to visit Nana & Papa. Emersyn is sitting on my grandpa's walker in his new apartment.

Our Anniversay Weekend

We celbrated our 6 year anniversary on August 28th by having dinner and going to the casinos. The week before our anniversary we went back to Vegas. We both really enjoy Vegas. We never make a lot of money but enjoy all of the sight seeing and there is never any rush to see everything because the city never sleeps. I still can't believe we have been married 6 years. Below are some pictures from our trip and some of Emersyn on our anniversary weekend riding the train at the park.
